Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within two to three business days upon receipt of payment. You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is five to ten business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location. Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.
We take great care to ensure that each product you receive is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans. However, returns and refunds are available in specific situations as outlined below.
Returns are accepted only if
The product delivered is damaged or defective
You received the wrong item

The product has been used or tampered with
The return request is raised beyond three days of receiving the product
The reason for return is based on personal preferences, such as change of mind or minor color or texture differences due to the handmade nature of the product

Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief explanation of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within two working days with the next steps. If approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within seven to ten business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If your item meets the conditions for return, you may request a refund and place a new order separately.
